One of the things that always captured my eye living in the Twin Cities is the night time skylines. This picture is of Minneapolis taken in 1998 from the U of M's west bank.		This night shot of Saint Paul, Minnesota was also taken in the winter of 1998 from Harriet Island's point of view.

I took this and the next photo in one spring while on a walk with my dad at the Como Park Conservatory in the spring of 1999		A beautiful orchid at the Como Park Conservatory.

My mother and I found these tulips that same year while walking through the Munsinger flower gardens in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.		Late the following summer three of us went on a weekend hiking/camping trip on the Crosby/Manitou Trails north of Duluth, Mn.

Despite the May Flies it was a very fun trip. Just after taking this picture we found a spot to the left of the falls that was perfect for taking a shower on a hot summer day :-)		We spent most of the day hiking, in the distance you can just make out Lake Superior.
